THE HISTORY OF RAYE FREEDMAN ARTS CENTRE

Built in partnership with Auckland Council, The Raye Freedman Arts Centre is designed and equipped to the highest standards for use by Epsom Girls Grammar School (EGGS) and the wider community. Since its beginning in 2005, RFAC has become the venue of choice for professional performing artists, businesses, and community organisations. The Centre is named after Raye Freedman, our generous benefactor whose charitable trust continues to support the on-going development of the venue and its resources. The Auditorium bears the name of a former EGGS student and supporter, Lady Joyce Fisher.

The RFAC staff adopt a supportive and flexible approach to the requirements of our clients and hirers. We work with you, to ensure the success of your event and the enjoyment of your audience.
